With its trademarked adjustable CrossRamp® feature, the 546i delivers a smooth, yet challenging workout, designed to get your heart rate up with a minimal rate of perceived exertion (RPE). While all ellipticals offer a low-impact workout experience, only the Precor EFX® series lets you adjust your ramp angle from between 13 and 40 degrees, allowing you to target your quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, or calves. On the 546i, you have direct access to 10 pre-set programs which can be adjusted or changed at any time during a workout. And finally, the 546i is outfitted with easy-to-use, large button “Tap Control”, which alerts the rider clearly when any modifications are made to a program.
