Safety Squat bar Excellent condition, barely used, has been kept in an insultated home gym shed. Specialized barbell designed to minimize stress on the shoulders, elbows, and wrists during squat exercises. It features a curved shape that positions the weight in front of the body, allowing for a more upright squat posture. This design also makes it easier for individuals with limited upper body mobility to perform squats. Cushions ease the tension on back of neck, across the top of the back and top of shoulders, especially when adding heavier weights. The handles allow for much stronger and sturdier lifts without compromising form during lifts and potentially causing injury. Perfect for beginners to learn good technique on thier squat strength journey. Also good for advanced lifters to safely add bigger weights for 1 Rep Max work. Bar weights 25 kilos and is precisely 220cm in length. Takes olympic weight plates (50mm diametre). Will need to be collected by a van or a large car - it is skightly longer than your average Olympic bar.
