This is a recently purchased heavy duty rubber leg cover, bought at a medical device shop for 90e. It enables the leg to stay completely dry when bathing or showering. Bought by me to cover a full leg cast. The blue circular pump enables you to suction out the air so the cover fits as well as possible.
