Dimplex ignite 50 inch wall mounted fire

This is a multi coloured remote controlled fire ,with eco mode, and heat settings and a booster setting , fire was bought Dec 2023 and was only used a couple of times ,like new. H 419 mm L1306 mm and D is 47 mm , have puchase receipts, fire was never installed . I would prefer phone calls over text please.thanks for looking .
