Made a purchase in Clarkes on Saturday 6/8/22. Amy was the lady I was dealing with and was superb at her job and was so helpful and friendly to me. I would recommend this store for all your needs and have a huge selection diy and farm equipment and a lot more. I will definitely be back here again soon and it's staff like Amy that are an asset to a business.

Pre ordered a swing online. My plans changed had to  deal with Mark on the phone to see what could be done to accommodate me. Mark is an asset to the company,so easy to deal with,got the order sorted and even managed to get it delivered on the day I needed it.Excellent customer service delivered with charm and good humor. Had my order within 24 hours,great service.

Had to send strimmer back. Was told there would be a new one sent out. Came in a different box to the actual brand (don’t no why it would have to be open if it was supposedly brand new) and then put in a different branded box. Smell of petrol when the cap is open. Don’t no how this could be if it was new. Terrible experience
