Original Hand-Forged Irish Sculpture by Padraig

While clearing out some of my grandmother’s old belongings, I came across this beautiful and unusual piece — a hand-forged metal sculpture by Irish artist Padraig O’Murchie. It’s crafted from thick, solid steel and mounted on a sturdy wooden base, giving it a good bit of weight. It’s signed underneath and can be used as a pillar candle holder or simply as a decorative textural piece. The design is raw and organic — truly something that draws attention and sparks curiosity. A similar piece by the same artist recently sold at South Dublin Auction for €44 (without fees), so I believe this is a fair price range for a genuine Irish handcrafted artwork.
