House is situated at the edge of the beautiful seaside village of DUNCANNON with stunning views of Waterford harbour and the HOOK lighthouse. The house has private steps down to Duncannons golden beach. Five minutes walk to shops and restaurants, including THE STRAND restaurant, ROCHES BAR, LUCA,s Fish and chips and the WILD ROSE CAFE. Five minute drive to Kevin Dundons, Dunbrody House or Billy Whittys ALdridge lodge and The Hollow bar and fish restaurant. Ten minutes to the Ballyhack/Passage East ferry. 20 minutes to New Ross and the Dunbrody Famine ship.
