It is made up of 40 x 40 box steel structure covered in "Goose-wing Grey PVC sheeting with Black PVC flashing's all around. Two PVC windows and one PVC door, all double glazed. Walls and ceiling are spray foamed insulated. All is timber studded, wired and ply-lined. Skirting, window boards, trimmings around windows & door are completed. Fully Painted. There is a steel frame to support the floor which is covered with Resin Ply and then tiled. It is fully wired with lighting and 13 Amp sockets.
