If you’re looking for a confidence-giving horse that you’re ready to go competing and have fun with over the Summer, Woody is your horse! Experienced gelding, has competed up to 1.10m unaffiliated eventing. He loves jumping, both SJ and XC, is super in jump-offs, and is very willing with nice paces on the flat. Ideal riding club horse (which we’ve done a lot of) or eventing at 90cm/1m. We’ve had great success in working hunter and racehorse to riding horse showing, which he excels at due to his paces, temperament and looks! Woody is 22 years old and I’ve had him for 13 years. I’d like someone to keep him going at the lower levels (<1.10m) as he’s not done yet but I want more time to focus on my next horse. I’ll happily take him back whenever he’s ready for full retirement as he’s such a sweet, gentle horse. Last stable photo is from this week so you can see his current condition.
