Collard & Collard upright piano

Collard and Collard were originally established in 1767, making them one of the oldest piano manufacturers in the world. This instrument from 1957 is presented in a lovely walnut case. We love the walnut cases, as they really stand out from the more "restrained" mahogany ones! The original 85 note keyboard has been restored, with keywoods cleaned and keytops cleaned and buffed. Tim trained at the Welsh School of Musical Instrument Making and Repair, where in 1987 he qualified as a Piano Tuner/Technician. He now has just over 40 years experience working with all sorts of pianos in schools, colleges, theatres, churches, cathedrals and private homes.
