Restored German Burr Walnut Overstrung

Overstrung Gebharf German upright piano with exquisite Burr Walnut casing, recently restored and in impeccable condition for its great age. A tall instrument, previously re-built, possibly in the 1980's, with long strings and wide soundboard, giving it a nice rounded tone and good overall presence and volume. Recently, we have restored the brass works and put the original ivory keys through a whitening process. The keys are in superb condition and the piano has good response. Gebharf worked for Schiedmayer and went out on his own, producing only a few pianos, but those he built were quality. A good looking and sounding piano with floral inlay on the front panel. A true family heirloom and ideal for the beginner to intermediate level player. Piano can be traded back in the future.
