Solid oak Kitchen table&chairs - refurb necessary

Solid timber extendable dining table with 8 matching chairs for sale. This is a heavy, solid wood oak set that is being sold as a refurb & restoration project. It requires repair and refurbishment, so it is best suited for a woodworker, furniture restorer, or someone experienced or interested in furniture repair. Measurements: Standard Size: 1900mm x 1100mm Fully Extended: 2700mm x 1100mm 770mm high Condition Details: Table Surface: Has wear and damage as shown in the photos. It requires full sanding back and resealing. Extension Pieces: The joints on the extension leaflets have some cracks and damage. This damage is on the underside only and is not visible when the table is assembled. One hardware bracket is missing. Chairs: 5 chairs are structurally okay with standard wear. 2 chairs had loose/damaged legs and have been reinforced with screws (see photos). 1 chair had reinforcing screws installed but the chair leg is still unsafe. The dark upholstery is intact but shows signs of age and wear. Table & chairs: Both require replacement of soft pads to the feet Handling: The table is extremely heavy solid timber. Minimum of 2 strong people required to lift and load it. Transport: A van or trailer is essential. It will not fit in a standard car.
