The oven runs approximately 20°C cooler than it indicates (e.g., when set to 200°C, the actual cavity temperature is ~180°C). NOTE: It is perfectly suitable for general roasting, air frying, and everyday cooking if you simply adjust the dial +20°C or use the provided standalone oven thermometer (which we have been doing successfully).
