This is an exceptionally well-made, substantial chair, but it has spent its life in a spare room and has effectively never been used. Its condition is remarkable - genuinely close to how it was when originally purchased. The chair was an expensive, high-quality piece of furniture when new, with excellent materials and construction throughout.
