Large L Shaped Couch with Fold out Double bed and Ottoman

Large L Shape Couch with fold out double bed. Dimensions from first picture are left to right 290cm x 280cm. Height is 80cm and Depth is 100cm. Ottoman is 100cm x 100cm x 45cm Couch bought from Harvey Norman as custom build for €4300. We love this couch and are only selling as we have moved house and it no longer fits as a unit in any of our rooms hence why pictures of it are in sections. Comfortably seats 7-8 people and is great for entertaining and also offering additional sleeping space for guests with very comfortable double mattress fold out futon. Only slept on three times in its history. Structural fault in the arm on the left side if you are looking at it. It has collapsed in from when it was being moved by movers. See last picture. There are some ink stains from feckless toddlers. Others, prior to the current have lifted well and been removed effectively by carpet cleaner. Current ones, we’ve just not had the time or energy to run the cleaner over them to lift. Other than that coming from a pet free, smoke free home.
