FOR SALE. In need of some renovation work but otherwise perfectly livable. Fully insulated. The back part (where the bedroom is) needs to be dismantled to be moved. There are triple-glazed windows in the bedroom. The front part is an old railway carriage. The carriage is16ft long, excluding hitch and just under 8ft wide, excluding tyres. The bedroom is about the same dimensions. The railway carriage does not need dismantling. It is on wheels. Needs to be collected on flatbed trailer and moved from Mullingar. It has recently got a leak between the new extension and the railway carriage because we didn’t put a gutter on it unfortunately. It needs a new floor and four plywood boards, a gutter and a section of the flu on the fire needs replacing.
