2024 HONDA CRF 300L RALLY

Walked into the store for help - to transport a damaged motorcycle (not from Lee and not a Honda ) from Cork to Dublin. This was after getting outside transport quotes that would drive you to despair. Mattie was very friendly and sorted me out in 15 minutes. Job done. And understood my situation right away. For me being from up north - Lee Honda is a legendary shop. Bikes are stunning. To see so many Honda motorcycles and top gear on view is fantastic. Visit. Don’t call. Just visit.

Called in to get a document to verify how many kw and kw/kg my bike has. The guy was very friendly on the phone. charged me only €15 while the honda centre in tralee charged me €25 and got the bike mixed up. I absolutely recommend this place.

My bike was stolen and recovered with damage. my mechanic was on Holliday for 3 weeks, so I called Lee motorcycles, explained the situation and explained that my bike has never been with them before and asked if they handle insurance repairs, they said “yes” so I explained the damages and got my bike toad there for 160€ 2 weeks later I get a call, and I quote what they said to me “when will you remove your bike from the premises?” I asked if the repairs have been completed? Their response, and I quote again: “nothing has been done to the bike, we don’t see any damages relevant to a theft and we dont know what to do with it because we have never had the bike in with us before” REDICULOUS! The level of incompetence is unimaginable! Not only because I called in advanced to ask if they could do it but also it’s clear that cut ignition wires are a CLEAR sign that damages have been caused by a theft… PS: if they tell you they will ring you back tomorrow, forget it! Promised me 3x on separate days and never called I wasted 160€ and 2 weeks of time! Will recommend to everyone I know, to never go here!
