Fab experience in Charles Hurst, Yamaha. We were very well looked after by the friendly & informative James. The entire encounter was fun, down to Earth and always felt very reassuring. Great service from start to finish from a great team at Belfast. I purchased a Yamah mt09sp as a second bike as I'm finding my bmw k1200rs is becoming a bit heavy. I was sent a personal walk round video of the bike I was looking at and no pressure opportunity to go down to Belfast and view it in an appointment slot just for me . !!! The bike was ready to take home the next day and I had a great meeting with James who talked ne through the various nobs and settings prior to my 74 mile ride home. I felt I had a great deal for my cash purchase with a warranty and roadside assistance and free mots if I service my bike at charles hurst. I have been to all the motorcycle dealers in Northern ireland recently looking for a lighter bike and would definitely put Charles hurst at the top of my list of dealers that seem interested.
