This was my first time dealing with Kearys BMW and I have to say everything  from start to finish with the purchase of my car was very professional . I recently purchased my first BMW from Keary's Motorad, and I am delighted. The experience dealing with Dierdre was a pleasure, she couldn't be more obliging and went over and above to ensure everything was as simple and enjoyable as possible. Whilst on our first ever visit to Ireland, the engine management warning light came on. Fortunately, a quick search said we were only 6km from Keary’s. It was 2.30pm and we called in unannounced but they still offered to check the car and they found it was the catalytic converter, it was now 4.30 pm. They arranged a hire car for us and had our own car ready by 11am the following morning, washed too, free coffee too. Unbelievable service during a very stressful time for us. I have dealt with Deirdre in the BMW motorad sales department twice now and I will continue to deal with Deidre into the future. She is a fantastic person to deal with and went out of her way to look after me. A true genuine caring person and for me that's the most important aspect of Me purchasing from Kearys in Cork. Also I want to give a shout out to Christian in the service department also a true gentleman. Hope I will be able to purchase a lot more from them into the future

Had the misfortune of dealing with one of the rudest ladies on the planet in the motorbike section, the middle aged one with the blonde hair, will refrain from describing anything else about her appearance as to not come off as mean. Was friendly initially but her tune changed completely when she realized I was there for parts and not interested in buying a motorbike, started repeatedly checking her watch (it was 50 minutes until closing) saying she doesn't have time for this and mid conversation started talking to someone else that came in the door completely blanking me, I was taken aback as I wouldn't even expect this sort of rudeness from the likes of Chris Royal not to mind a pompous BMW salesperson. As I was walking away I said goodbye 3 times and was completely ignored.

Parts department are also grossly incompetent, the guy I was speaking to on the phone didn't have a clue what he was talking about even with me telling him the exact part I needed which is why I came in person as I naively thought Keary's would have people knowledgeable in motorbikes selling their motorbikes.

Had planned on getting a S1000RR off them in the next year but can confidently say I will be going out of county when the time comes out of spite.
