Today I left my Tracer in for a service at Yamaha Danfey Newlands, which had been booked two weeks in advance, and this was my very first experience with them. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived until I collected the bike, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I really felt taken care of. The atmosphere in the shop is fantastic 👌 Friendly, relaxed, and very professional. The work was completed quickly and finished with a full walk-through and presentation at the end, which I really appreciated. They actually did more than expected, and all for a very fair price. Bought my new bike from the team at DanFay Newlands and from the first time setting foot in the shop to riding away on a new bike, I was extremely impressed. Really friendly staff, not pushy and very fair to deal with. I didn't look to get a better deal from any other shop as it was the people working there that would make me come back for all future work. Great communication once I had decided, I never had to wait long for a response via email.
