My wife’s motorcycle had a flat rear tire this morning.. after getting it plugged as a temporary fix we called MotoWorld to see if they had a tire the correct size which they did.. they said they would install it when we arrived… we met Kevin when arrived who quickly got the motorcycle into the shop and the technician installed it and in just over an hour we were on our way. Simply great service from all the folks at MotoWorld .. thank you Kevin… great job

I recently purchased a quad from Motoworld Letterkenny and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Rachel at reception, who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made everything easy and was a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you also to Kevin in the sales department- professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Fantastic customer service all round. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely return in the future.

Ordered a green ride on tractor for my son mx611 model, it arrived after paying for shipping to the house with a broken back left wing and handle and in the wrong colour (red) receipt indicated green, I had sent an email got no reply so travelled 2.5hrs to letterkenny to be told it was fastways issue, either way I told them it was broke and the wrong colour, finally got it exchanged and low and behold damage on the exact same piece of the box that was out the back. The insult they gloated they will claim on fastway get kept the 20euro postage fee I had paid, it was rather uncomfortable with what I assume was the power (rather big guy) he really didn’t want a scene and I needed to leave to be back in time for my sons birthday. Overall the product now is great he loves it and remote and Bluetooth great but the customer service and response time is extremely poor and 2 stars for the issues with order at the start and withholding of the additional 20 euro for shipping costs dispite the product been sent broken from the shop and need to drive 5 hrs in the day to sort their mistake. Editing in my email in response to owners response, should be on the system and invoiced for 2025 so definitely within the year.
