I was first speaking with Rob and everything was going well from the beginning. Then Gabriel took over and honestly made things even easier.

He helped me a lot, both over messages and when I went into the shop. Super easy to deal with, no pressure, just straight and helpful.

Got my bike fixed in end of October cost me around 700€ , broken down again in 3 months . Went back to the shop , and Brazilian manager was so rude , told me that they were busy and don’t want my bike in the shop , will not fix my bike , don’t want me back to the shop again . Wouldn’t recommend, absolutely shit service , they couldn’t fix it properly and charge you overprice . Slam the door right in front my face, rude! I know the owner of this company , he’s a great person . But the staffs are absolutely shit . Feel sorry for the owner
