Recently enquired about a new bike through Alex at Charles Hurst Yamaha. Very quick response and he answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. He sent me a video of the bike I wanted and was able to present me with multiple purchase options. When I went to see the bike, he wasn't pushy, but was helpful and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying the bike the next day and have had a couple of questions in the week since buying it. He has still been quick to respond and nothing has been too much trouble.
