Cheese Vat

Originally a 1000 milk cooling vat converted with inserted 700 liter food grade stainless steel inner Vat. 25 RPM motor circulates the milk, floor of vat is pitched to allow full emptying. The system can be heated with a regular oil boiler and or cooled with an ice bank via a plate exchanger, it is not a pressured system. Could have other uses on the farm, such calf feeding system, milk storage
