Toro Reel mower

Toro 5500 d reelmaster. The engine starts and runs good. Everything works except some of the reels wont turn(bought it that way). I had planned on using this for something completely different , but I ended going down a different route, and now I need the room in the shed. Would make a great yard scrapper or a hydraulic power pack. Looking to get 1300. It’s worth more than that in parts. If you’re a serious buyer, make sure you have a way to pick it up and are indeed looking for something like this and not burning up each others time.
