The 2nd roller rotates in the opposite direction to help separate out clumps of weeds such as rushes for a better kill rate. The 2nd roller helps to minimise risk of drips. Blaney's Wipeout 2 model is equipped with an automatic weed detection system and automatic chemical application, so you just have to fill your tank and drive - the machine will do the rest, applying chemical only when weeds are present. This means grass and clover are left untouched to flourish, for a better quality pasture.
