10+ years experience in renovating houses. Available for light handyman /DIY work. I mainly cover Dublin North / East. - I build and fit IKEA kitchens - I make up IKEA flatpack furniture - Repairs to wood floors/joists etc - Laying of the laminate floors - Floors sanding and varnishing - Wood stain including outdoor fencing - Tiling ( bathrooms, kitchens, floors etc) - Architraves, thresholds, skirting boards - Staircase railings repair : spindles, steps, wood turning, etc - Curtain rails and shelving - Painting - Damp repair (cream injecting), - General light repairs - Plasterboard hole repairs - Some light repair to metalwork/welding - Some blockwork/ fixes like replacing wall caps or repairing pillars or damaged walls. Laying slabs etc. - repair of bicycles & some mechanical repair - Light gardening *I do minor electrical fixes like plug sockets replacement etc. but I I don’t do major electrical / re wiring etc. * I do minor plumbing repair but not major plumbing or heating, * I do minor plastering fixes but not large plastering jobs. €45 per hour labour,. plus materials cost.
