Hi there, I'm Jim. I'm looking to rent an old cottage or house in the Carrick on Shannon to Carrigallen sort of area, or thereabouts. Doesn't have to be in top condition; but a little better than the picture suggests! Prefer a cash-in-hand arrangement. It's just for myself, no family. Would be a bonus to have some sheds or outhouses. House doesn't need to be in perfect order. I can do some repairs if necessary. Also willing to, and available for, any kind of work.
