Looking for House with land

Hello, I would like to help my friends, so I thought I would ask. They are looking in the Durrus / Ahakista/ Kilcrohane area as they have a lot of customers there. Looking to buy from private without bank (hire purchase, long term lease 50 years or more).Detached house with 3 or more bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. It only has to be habitable, they do a lot themselves. Some land (3 - 8 acres) with a barn would be great.If you know something pls contact me.
