Honda CB77 305cc - Suzuki (Parade Bike) - 1960’s A Honda CB77 305cc with Suzuki front end, front hydraulic brake and rear wheel. The bike was built from parts and has had considerable work completed and only meeds minor finishing. There is no paper work though I do have the NOVA number for the frame, the engine and frame numbers are clearly visible, so shouldn’t be a problem getting it registered with DVLA. A dating certificate can be obtained from Honda Owners club. The bike comes with a range of CB77/72 parts. What you see in the photographs is what comes with the bike and you will have to source some bits to complete to original spec. If I find other bits they’ll be included. Some of what’s included may not be for a CB77 but I’ve tried to match as best as possible. I’ve been working on the bike along with a good friend for a while now and feel it’s time to let someone else take it to the next stage. The engine has had new pistons, rings, seals, other bits and pieces and would need some running in and is by no means perfect but there are no knocks or strange noises. It is not the easiest started but when started runs OK as you can hear. I’m selling as a non runner though as you can see from the video it does run, but might need a bit of tinkering. I have never had it running from the petrol tank, only from the acriailry tank. I don’t want petrol stored in the tank but it is clean inside and looks the part, so there shouldn't be an issue. Petrol pipes will need connected to the carbs but are there to be cut to length. The bike has an electric start, one of the first in the UK and the shaft for the kickstart looks to have good splines. Fitted with a pair of Koni rear shocks. No road tests I’ll leave that up to the buyer and is sold as seen. The bike will come with the paddock stand as the centre stand is not fitted.
