The apartment is situated in the 4 star Hotel Ocean House ( Formerly Sol House) with direct access to the promenade and approx 300 Meters from the Puerto Marina, a major recreational centre of Costa Del Sol. The Apartment is south facing with clear views of the Marina and the sea, and enjoys prcctically all day sunshine. There are plenty of bars/restaurants all within walking distance, also 10 min walk to the marina saturated with some excellent restaurants. The apartment has everything one needs for a self-catering holiday with full kitchen facilities. The Bedroom has two single beds, there is also a bed settee in the living area, so the apartment can cater for 4 people. Tv with English channels, Wifi also available. There is a very attractive balcony with clear views of the sea. Beautiful promenade that stretches all the way to Torremolinos, and to the famous “San Miguel” shopping street.
