Perfectly located in Nerja close to Burriana beach and with amazing free views over the sea and the mountains. You can enjoy any of the three spacious terraces/balconies, or hang around the private pool with plenty of space. This place have sun all day and enjoys full privacy. The garden has its own palm tree, olive trees, as well as numerous other trees and plants. There are plenty of sun chairs, tables, umbrellas, and the pool and garden are maintained twice a week. The location is in a quiet residential area with villas, yet it is just a 7 minute walk to Burriana beach and even shorter walk to the big supermarkets Mercadona or Carrefour. The house is fully equipped with a guest apartment on the bottom floor with its own entrance. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room with two brand new beds and a bed sofa. On the middle floor you find the spacious kitchen and the living room. On the top floor there are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a big balcony, very nice views and a double bed, and the second bedroom with two beds and a little balcony.
