Toshiba Laptop for Internet Browsing - Big 17.3"

Used Toshiba laptop in good condition. The battery is working and there is a charger with it. For some reason I don't know, the USB does not work when I connect USB stick or external USB drive, but it works when I connect my phone to the same USB port. This is shown in one of the pictures (phone is Note 16 Pro). Could be a cheap option to browse the Internet, watch online videos etc. with the massive 17.3 inches screen. It has Windows 10 and office software. See the pictures for more details.
