There is an issue with Face ID, (see photos), but a passcode can be established to secure the phone. Front facing (FaceTime camera) works ok for video recording and photos. 2. The telephoto camera will not focus from 2.5x to 12x. From 1x to 2.4x works fine. The other two cameras are ok. Clear high quality video and photos can still be made using the wide and ultra wide cameras. 3. There’s a few scratches on the corners (see photos) but the back and front have no scratches or cracks. 4. All other functions like volume buttons, apps, internet access, phone calls etc work. 5. Comes with new charging cable and charger. 6. Used leather case included. Good buy for a child or elderly person who may not care for the missing features as indicated above.
