JCB 2CX BACKHOE (2013)

Hi folks, I recently purchased a used hedgecutter off Alexander Mills.The service and customer support via email and phone was 100%. Very prompt delivery less then a week from payment. Their service and quality machines are very good for a small farmer like myself. Their delivery driver Aiden 100% gentleman and great lad on the small roads. Thanks again Alexander mills. I thought that I had bought a flail mower of this company, after chasing the salesman for over 2 days to pay for it I finally got him on day 3 to be told they had sold it to someone else, very poor service and I won't be responding to any other ads, complete waste of my time

I walked into the shop at 8.20 in the morning late last week looking to buy a chainsaw, strimmer and discuss buying a replacement for my ride on mower. There was no-one in the shop when I went in, but I yelled hello a few times and stood over beside the door to avoid upsetting/startling someone. I should say that the lights were on in the shop, and the door was open. An employee came in, I asked them if I could speak to someone about a chainsaw but before I could say anything further I was told (shouted at really) to get out that the shop wasn't open until 8.30am. I stood there for a second or two trying to work out if he was messing but he repeated again to get out but this time a bit louder. I left and took my 3+grands worth of business to another supplier on the Navan Fort Road. Perhaps the employee in question that I dealt with was having a bad morning, didn't like my type (Leinster accent) and thought I was casing the joint, regardless no need for that level of ignorance. I live locally to Benburb, but I will never ever cross the door for anything again.
