They have just one 3-bedroom model on site, but the salesperson, Mike, was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through all the available options in terms of size, materials, pricing, and answered all our questions thoroughly. The model home itself seems to be of good quality, with basic materials that cover essential needs well.

Extremely happy with my 2 bedroom modular home, it's built so well and I now have a house to call my own, it's definitely worth it and for anyone wanting an alternative option to a house especially with the price of rent and housing at the moment , I would highly recommend looking into a modular home from the rayco group. You could have a home ready to move into, in a few months. I'm nearly 2 months living in mine and I love it!

We've been living in our Rayco Modular now for over 5 years and couldn't be happier, we looked at log cabins but rayco steel frame was far superior, can't believe how cost effective and well insulated it is, Rayco team were amazing from start to finish highly recommended, planning permission wasn't an issue great job 5 stars 👍 we researched everywhere rayco where by far the best in terms of quality and service
