Rathcoona Lightening 148cm Dun stallion by Lightening Star x Ashfield Jovial Joker. This new and exciting young stallion adds a new and genetically diverse performance bred bloodline to our stud. Rathcoona Lightening has already produced super foals that have his size, scope, presence and super colour like himself. His sire is the well known dun showjumping stallion Lightening Star who is himself by the famous Gwennic de Goariva and a dam from the top producer of performance ponies Westside Mirah. His dam is a jet black mare by superbly bred Ashfield Jovial Joker who is a grandson of both Atlantic Storm and Carna Dun. With the best of breeding this stallion will offer the breeders of both Connemara and further afield a fantastic option.
