1826 stamped Sailing ships brass gimbal compass in brass oil lamp cover.In original condition with a fantastic patina on the brass.Heavy solid brass compass(which still works) on swivel frame.The brass could be easily polished to a shine if you wanted that finish.Fantastic piece of naval,marine and maritime history.Dimensions are 21cm wide and 26 cm high(23cm wide at lamp box on the side).Can post for €15 registered insured post.Thanks
