Classic gaff Winklebrig

Winklebrig is a Gaff cutter rig and WB5 was built in 1986. She has a new unused topsail. The jib is roller reefed making life much easier when the boat is on a mooring and can be winched in to suit the wind strength. A GRP gaffer with tan terylene sails in excellent condition, bronze fittings and plenty of wood trim. It has lifting keels, a lowering mast and an outboard well with a Tohatsu four stroke engine. Anchor chain and warp. Boom cove A chemical toilet which is stowed beneath the forward end of the cockpit well. Length on deck: 16ft. Length overall: 20ft. Waterline length: 15ft. Beam 6ft 8in Draught: 1ft 2in / 2ft 6in (twin retractable bilge boards) Approximately 122 were built before production ceased. The two wheeled road trailer has free running rollers . The whole rear assembly pivots so that when the boat is being recovered, the rear rollers cradle the bow, line the boat up and guide it on to the trailer.
