I got two cars of AJ and I realised that I have never left a review. Last car I got was couple of year ago and went somewhere else this time as the car I wanted, AJ didn't have. But the reviews I see here are just absolute rubbish. People complaining that they had to replace brake pads, shock absorbers etc. after a period of time, wear and tear parts on cars that are over 10 years old. Never had an issue with dealing with AJ, even if a small issue surfaced, it was quickly resolved. If you're looking to drive around with a perfect car that has no problems ever, I recommend a push bike.

Excellent Customer service, My Relatives purchased a vehicle from Aj Cars Sligo, They are so happy with the car condition, 12months warranty and annual service. I went up to Gallery,  received warm welcome from Adrian,  Discussed about the cars and what are my priorities, He adviced kindly, Helped me to decide which vehicle suits my budget and my needs, I did test drive 2 different vehicles and decided. then He Valued my car for trade in and we finalised the sale with in 1 hour. "I reached out to inquire about a car and made a reasonable offer. Instead of a polite negotiation, I was met with rude and abrupt responses. To make matters worse, the dealer suddenly raised the price. When I questioned this, the response was even more hostile.
I decided to not respond back further with this person and it was best to just leave a review to warning other's.

After checking reviews, it became clear this behavior isn’t an isolated incident. Many others have shared similar experiences: rude treatment, dismissive responses to offers, and a general lack of professionalism. The dealer avoids taking responsibility, blaming dissatisfied customers instead of offering a solution, which shows a complete disregard for basic customer service.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any dealership. If you're looking for a professional, respectful car-buying experience, avoid this place. Save your time and money—plenty of other dealerships value customer service and will treat you with the respect you deserve."
