Description
Very old German workshop violin. Circa 1860s possibly older. Beautifully made most likely in a workshop in Mittenwald Germany. This lightweight one piece back violin is in good condition overall. The violin was quite possibly made by a single luthier but this can’t be verified. What is certain is that the violin is a very nice quality instrument and definitely at least 150 years old. Happy for an experienced luthier to inspect the instrument and to negotiate a sale price.
