Taxi App kilkenny

Looking to recruit drivers for a taxi app in the kilkenny area at a cost of €5 per week per driver to run the app and no commission charges for the first 6 months free on the app and 10% every job after the first 6 months. Each job will be based on nearest car to the passenger so it will be auto dispatched and will have no control from a dispatcher. Looking to hear from drivers in the kilkenny area.
