Room & Rental Details • Private, fully lockable treatment room • €800 per month • Minimum commitment: 6 months • Rate is fixed for the initial term and reviewed thereafter • Security deposit required and returned at end of term, subject to condition What’s Included • Electricity, heating and WiFi • Cleaning of shared salon areas • CCTV and full alarm system • Clients can wait inside the main salon • On-street parking available nearby Important Information • No sink in the room and installation is not possible • Subletting or sharing the room is not permitted • Small décor or branding items are welcome, provided nothing is drilled or permanently fixed • Limited in-room storage available for your own equipment • Cleaning of your own room and laundry for treatments is your responsibility • You must hold your own insurance covering treatments and public liability Permitted Treatments Advanced aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, dermaplaning and peels are permitted once correct qualifications and insurance are in place.
