Both units are designed and assembled together in a way so that inside unit (smaller run ways and short columns) will be operated independently from outside unit. Outside unit (bigger runways and tall columns) is operated dependently where the user MUST remove the cars under outside unit (one car on the ground level and one car on runway of inside unit) before descending the runways which are lifting the upper car. Each unit is operated by independent hydraulic cylinder located under the right side of the run way of the unit together with sheaves & cables mechanism to transfer the horizontal piston movement to vertical movement of both right & left run ways of the unit. Cylinder is activated by own Hydraulic Power Unit. Hydraulic power unit of outside unit is fixed on the back side of the runways. Hydraulic power unit of inside unit is fixed on the back of its front right column. Smart parking solution achieved by combining both units together to duplicate the parking capacity vertically. It is equipped with sheaves & cables mechanism to move the runways up & down. It is equipped with photo electric sensors to prevent descending of outside unit runways unless removing cars from ground floor and from inside unit runways. Working Principal TRIPLE STACKER” has 2 independent 4 post car parking units. Each unit has 2 ea. runways to park one car over them. In the beginning 2 ea. runways of inside unit are laid on the ground floor while 2 ea. runways of outside unit are laid over the runways of inside unit. Ramps of outside unit are laid on ramps of inside unit. 1st Car will be parked on outside unit runways then lifted up by its hydraulic unit. 2nd Car will be parked on inside unit runways then lifted up by its hydraulic unit. 3rd Car will be parked on the ground floor.
