I visited Applied Concepts today for a Lean Tour. It was a fantastic educational morning. In my current employment we are currently in the process of talking about all things Lean and trying to make changes to our workplace. We found the tour very worthwhile as Applied are relatively new and it gave us a perfect picture of what we could achieve in the short term. They are constantly improving and the whole team gave off a great feeling of vibrancy and confidence amongst one another. It really seemed a great place to work. I would highly recommend a trip to Applied if you are at the start of your lean journey.
