What can I say, I'm absolutely delighted with these guys here. I spoke with Kevin yesterday regarding a Hyundai spare part and I received it by courier this afternoon. Unbelievable service and he knew his stuff straight off without any hesitation.

Very very good service, ordered screws for side projects i do yesterday around 11am, arrived in less than 24hrs to my door. The products I have bought so far are relatively cheap and great quality. Terrible company. No tracking, no calls.

They have admitted that the delivery was completely unacceptable but won't return any parts. Have failed to deliver nearly half the order too. Warren has admitted full responsibility and full liability, Liam has promised everything and delivered nothing. The owner is a dodging piece of work. All they supply is wet, damaged, and rusty, equipment. That is, if they deliver everything you pay for. They still have 8 items from my order.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and After-Sales Support

I had a very poor experience after purchasing a pressure washer that stopped working shortly after use. Instead of offering support, they immediately tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming I hadn’t topped up the oil—something I had double-checked before starting the machine.

Their so-called head mechanic was dismissive, repeatedly insisting it was my fault without listening to my explanation. Things got worse when a person named Seamus got involved. He was rude, unhelpful, and kept walking away every time I tried to explain my side. When I asked about his role, he mockingly said he was a delivery driver and walked off.

This is the kind of after-sales support you can expect from them—unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Based on this experience, I will not be dealing with them again and will be pursuing this matter through legal channels.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify a few key points regarding the experience.

Yes, my initial complaint was that the unit was cutting off after 10–15 minutes of use, restarting after a short period, and then cutting off again. When I returned the machine, your head technician quickly concluded that the issue was due to the oil level not being “full to the brim.” This seemed to be the sole basis of the diagnosis.

Firstly, any new engine during its break-in period may consume a small amount of oil—this is completely normal. Secondly, if the built-in safety feature you referred to had triggered due to low oil, the machine would not have restarted until the oil was topped up again. This clearly wasn’t the case here. The oil level was slightly below max, not low, and I had oiled the unit properly before use as per the user manual. The mechanic’s insistence that a new engine will not consume even a minimal amount of oil is technically incorrect, and I challenge you to test this theory yourself using the same model under controlled conditions.

It felt as though the entire assessment was angled to place the blame on the customer rather than understand the issue fully. I would have welcomed a proper test, but not under the assumption that I simply didn’t fill the oil correctly—which, again, I did.

Regarding the mention of recording: we were standing in a public space. I stated clearly that I wanted to document the conversation to avoid any misunderstandings. I even offered that you could record me as well—hardly the behavior of someone trying to act in bad faith. Transparency is important in any customer-facing business, and recording a public conversation for clarity and accountability should not be an issue.

Quoting phrases such as “we always aim to offer respectful and professional support” rings hollow when, during the actual interaction, I was dismissed, my technical explanation was ignored, and the owner made jokes instead of addressing the situation seriously.

As I said during the discussion, I am more than open to you running a proper test on another new machine and documenting the results on video. If your goal is truly to provide excellent customer service, that would be a good step toward transparency and accountability.

I hope you will consider this matter fairly.
