Two fully-furnished rooms for rent in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood! You'll have access to the kitchen, shared living room, dining room, utility room with washing machine and the garden. All bills are included in the price - gas, electric, tv license, bins, cleaner, etc. Looking for non-smoking, quiet and respectful people. This is a very quiet neighbourhood that would not suit people who like a lot of noise or party animals. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets. 5 mins walk from local link bus to town, drive to town is 10 mins, cycle in 20-30, walk in 50 mins.
