Lego: Dobby the House Elf 76421

Pieces are in great condition. I've spent a lot of time to make sure no pieces are missing. I have gone through the piece list in the booklet, and followed the instructions page by page, to make sure there are no missing pieces, and every piece is in a bag with original numbers. The instruction booklet is in good condition. The original bags themselves have been replaced, but the bag numbering is the same.
