Very solid L6700xW2350xH2300 welfare/cleaning trailer. Twin axle Indespension Manufactured Type V675 Class E. 8 individual changing rooms and one large. Wired for electric and cctv but would need checking. Also plumbed for water/showers/hose downs and waste water system. Full wet/drainage floors throughout. One almost new Triton electric shower in one room and the other side plumbed for same setup. Wouldn’t take much to get it back in use or would be a great base for a conversion project for home office/workshop, glamping, storage etc. There are no door keys with the unit.
