Dublin to Prague return flight 25th -27th March

Bought this flight first thing after the draw was made for Irish match , paid €300 which includes a 10kg carry on and priority boarding , unfortunately circumstances have changed and I wont be able to take that flight , the flight departs Dublin on the 25th of March at 17:45 and returns from Prague at 06:30 on the 27th . I am willing to let the flight go for €400 which includes the name change fee.
